Liz, a Venezuelan-born chef and entrepreneur, is the founder of Happy Kitchen Studio in Miami, where she hosts cooking classes, culinary events, and private chef experiences. Her journey spans leading campaigns for global brands like Subway, founding Amanda Cookies in Venezuela, and working as a chef in New York and Miami.
In 2020, Liz launched The Blue Plate, a vegan pop-up in Boca Raton, combining her expertise in digital marketing, service, and culinary psychology. With a passion for connecting people through food, Liz continues to inspire chefs and create unforgettable dining experiences.
