I'm Brittany Fox, an eight-figure founder based in Miami. I co-founded Focus Global Talent Solutions, an IT staffing and tech services firm recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing companies. Before that, I was part of one of Manhattan's top real estate teams, helping close more than $600 million in sales.
SheCreated was born from a realization in my own life: success doesn't always equal fulfillment. I saw too many women building incredible careers only to realize they'd lost sight of what they actually wanted. Whether you're trying to prevent burnout or find your way back from it, my work is about helping you gain clarity, make intentional decisions, and create a life that feels as good as it looks.
Outside of work, I split my time between Miami and Costa Rica, love to travel, and am a proud rescue dog mom to Luna. I've invested heavily in my own growth through coaching, personal development, and learning from leaders like Tony Robbins and Joe Dispenza. Those experiences taught me that transformation comes from action—not just inspiration—and that's the foundation of everything we do at SheCreated.
